luckey97 does not charge any fees on withdrawals. The full PKR amount requested will be transferred to your wallet or bank account. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside luckey97's control.
luckey97 reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not previously completed KYC may be required to do so before their first withdrawal is released. This process typically takes less than 24 hours when documentation is provided promptly.
Winnings from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
luckey97 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period or the bonus will expire and be removed from your account.
Players may only hold one active bonus on luckey97 at any given time. You cannot combine multiple bonuses or apply a new bonus while a previous one carries an outstanding wagering requirement, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly permit it.

Game results on luckey97 are final once the game engine or sports event determines the outcome. Bets are settled in accordance with the published rules for each game category. For sports betting markets, settlement follows the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant competition.
Bets may be voided if a match is abandoned before sufficient play for a result (as defined by sport-specific rules), if a technical error affects the integrity of the market, or if erroneous odds were displayed due to a system error. Voided bets result in stake refund only — no winnings are paid on a void.
In-play betting markets are live during events and odds change rapidly. luckey97 is not responsible for connection issues that prevent timely placement of in-play bets. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmed placement — not at any odds displayed during the loading process.

luckey97 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, confirmed fraudulent activity, age or identity verification failure, suspected money laundering, or receipt of a valid legal order requiring account suspension.
Upon account closure, all active bonus balances and wagering progress are forfeited. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard settlement rules and the result applied to your real-money balance before any refund is processed.
